Long and short, this is a 5V wifi inch/selectronic relay module from SONOFF.
Like a standard SONOFF switch, you can use it to work with eWelink APP, Amazon Alexa, Google Home, IFTTT, etc.
5VDC input, nano size and dry contact output make it different from traditional SONOFF product, this product is a wireless switch that supports inching/self-locking mode. Users can add the device to the eWeLink APP to remotely control connected home appliances or devices. In self-lock mode, customers can turn on/off connected devices remotely instantly. When in power-up mode, customers can choose two connection methods:
Power on for 1 sec. and then automatic shutdown. The product enables remote control of household appliances through the eWeLink mobile application, available for Android and iOS. Supported features include:

The product has two modes of operation: collection mode and self-locking mode. Users can press the self-lock/push mode button to switch between these two modes.
When the unit is switched to self-locking mode, users can turn on/off the connected appliance instantly. When the unit is switched to inch mode, users can press the on/off button to turn the connected appliance on or off.
