Cat's back
Squat on the exercise mat. Hook one end of the band to your left arm, pull the band across your back through the lumbar spine, and hook the other end of the band to your right arm. Inhale and round your back as high as possible. Exhale and lower your back. Do 12 reps.
Side board on the left side
Pass the band across the back and grasp the ends with both hands. Lie on the mat on your left side, lean on your left shoulder, straighten your back, place your right foot on top of your left and lift your hips. Make sure your left leg is lifted just enough so that your ankle touches the floor. Place your right hand on the mat and hold the position for 40 seconds.
Board
Place the band on your back and grasp the ends with both hands. Lie on the mat, place your palms on the floor, straighten your back and squeeze your toes. Make sure your abs are tight. Bend your knee and bring it towards your hand, return to the starting position and bend the other knee. Do one repetition for about 20 seconds.
